As a component of the last remodel a zoo called Peshwe Park was added to this 25-section of land (10 ha) territory. At that point, beginning in 1999 and finishing in 2005, the creatures at the zoo were all moved to the Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park arranged in the south of the city. This greenhouse and sanctuary are one of the essential points of interest of Pune.
In 1995, a little historical center, showing over a couple of hundred icons of Lord Ganesha, was added to the sanctuary premises.
